Official practices for the 2019 track & field season will begin on Monday, January 14th.

Sprinters7:30 PM @ Reggie: 8 x 200 (75%)
Distance6 PM @ Cabot
Tuesday
Sprinters7:30 PM @ Reggie: 2 to 3 mile jog + skips + 2 x 100 (striders)
Mid-Distance7:30 PM @ Reggie:
6 X Hollow 800s
Distance7:30 PM @ Reggie:
Mile Repeats
Marathon7:30 PM @ Reggie: 3 x 2 mile @ half-marathon pace, 4x200 @ mile pace
Wednesday
Sprinters7:30 PM @ Reggie: 4 x 500 (80%) + long stretch
Distance6 PM @ Cabot
Thursday
Sprinters7:30 PM @ Reggie: 4 x 100 (striders) + skips & jog between reps
Mid-Distance7:30 PM @ Reggie:
4 x (400,300,200)
Distance7:30 PM @ Reggie:
5-8 x 800
Marathon7:30 PM @ Reggie: 6-8 x 3 min hard, 2 min off
Friday
Special Event!Hot Chocolate Social @ 7 PM in 002 East Village!

Run-outs will begin at 6:00 PM starting from Cabot Quad.

Workouts will begin at 7:30 PM at the Reggie Lewis Track & Athletic Center. We will meet at 7:15 PM at Cabot Quad to run over as a team.
