We will be ordering team shirts. If you wish to purchase one, please let us know by the end of the track meet on Saturday. We will have an order form there. You may also reply to the email sent with your size. Shirts will be $15 each. Please bring a check written out to Ross MacAndrew with the memo "Club Running" or cash in an envelope with your name on it to practice. Below is a photo of the shirt.

A few people have expressed interest in purchasing a hoodie in addition to a shirt. They would be ~$35 each if we get at least 15 people who want them. Suggestions on color and design are welcome as well. Please respond to the e-mail sent out if you are interested in one.

There will be an Information Session for the upcoming Spring 2012 season on January 19th at 7:30pm in 458 Richards Hall. Help spread the word to former members, friends, and incoming freshman! If you are seriously considering joining the team, please arrive with the following forms completed: Risk & Informed Consent and Hazing Statute. In addition, please complete the online Questionaire to join our tentative roster.

At this meeting, we will introduce the new officers that have been appointed and will present an overview of our club.  This presentation will include how the team is organized, membership expectations, a tentative race schedule, and our Club’s Dues for this semester.  In addition, at the end of the presentation you will have the opportunity to ask any other questions you may have about the team.

In addition, please wash and return your uniform if you have not done so already. These uniforms are quite expensive and it is only hurting the team if you keep them. Thanks for your cooperation and we look forward to another successful semester!

Practice will begin on Monday, September 19th at the Fens Track. We will split up into smaller groups, irrespective of skill and ability, and go out for a short run. We would like to thank all of the fans that came out to support the team and volunteers who helped make the meet run smoothly. The workouts that you are expected to follow over Spring Break have been posted to the Calendar. It is important to continue training in order to stay in shape. We have some track workouts planned and hope many of you will have access to a track from your high school or local park. If you do not have access to such facilities, please contact the officers and we will help you design an alternative workout.

The Team Jackets have been ordered and are expected to arrive on Monday, February 28th. Below you will find the design of our team jackets and have the ability to purchase one. They will be printed on American Apparel's Black Zip Jogger. The cost was $48 with your last name printed on the back and payment was accepted via PayPal (I'm PayPal Verfied). Also, please do not worry about the black portion of the "N" on the reverse side. It will be outlined in white to standout as they were in the long-sleeve t-shirts we offered last year.

Welcome back Huskies! Hope everyone had an enjoyable holiday break. We will be having an Informational Meeting on Tuesday, January 18th in 130 Forsyth Building to discuss our plans for the current semester as well as welcome new members. This session will be followed by an official Sign-up Meeting on Thursday, January 20th. Please check the calendar and tentative schedule for important information about upcoming events.
